There is a $150 cleaning/breakage deposit, which is
refunded to you within three weeks after check out, or longer
if long distance calls are made. The rental period starts
Sunday at 4 p.m. and ends the following Sunday at 11 a.m.
unless otherwise specified. To reserve the beach house of
your choice for a summer week, send $900. The remainder
is due at least 30 days prior to your stay.
To reserve for non-summer, the entire amount is required.
You will be sent a contract upon receipt of rental fee.
It specifies that you bring your own linens, pets $150 extra
each, and any unauthorized pet observed on the property
forfeits deposit; no smoking inside; no walking on roof
and anyone observed walking on roof forfeits deposit; two
spaces for regular sized vehicles provided for Seagull and
three spaces for regular sized vehicles provided for Sanddollar;
local calls only; recycling required and $75 fee for excessive
trash haul off; no fish waste can be left on the property;
beach house and surroundings must be left clean unless a
$75 cleaning fee has been paid in advance, or pay up to
a $150 cleaning fee; late checkouts must be approved and
paid for in advance, or pay a rate of $100 per hour holdover
fee. Gatherings above the limit specified on the property
and surrounding beach area subject to a $500 per day party
fee.
The beach houses are not subject to approval on arrival.
If you cancel with at least 30 days notice, and the beach
house is re-rented to someone else during the rental period,
a refund may be made minus a $300 re-renting fee. If not
re-rented, there are no refunds. In cases of extreme emergency,
another time, if there is a last minute opening within six
months, may be offered.
